The following terms and conditions apply to all visits and transactions on www.mysticgiftsandcharms.co.uk. The use of the Mystic Gifts and Charms website or the placement of and order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Products

Please keep in mind that the items may appear larger in pictures, as we have tried to show as much detail of the products as possible. Please always check the size or measurement in the product descriptions. Colours shown on your monitor may also be slightly different from the actual colour of the products. Many of our items are hand made so designs on these pieces may vary slightly from the picture. We always try our best to keep our sizes and product descriptions up to date but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

In the event that your product was incorrectly priced at the time of order we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order

Payments

We accept Apple Pay and Google Pay as well as PayPal checkout. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use this checkout. Your card details are 100% secure and are encrypted on PayPal’s server. We cannot see you credit or debit card details.

To us Klarna as a payment option add the products to your basket and proceed to checkout without selecting any of the quick pay methods.

To use Apple Pay or Google pay you will need to be using a device that accepts these payments. For example, you cannot use Apple Pay on a desktop computer. If you click through from Instagram or Facebook you will need to open the page in safari so your phone shows the Apple / Google pay button.

Shipping

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.

Shipping Cost

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. We may send larger order or heavier items via courier. We currently only ship within the UK.

Postage prices are based on Royal Mail weight/price tables. All items have been given weights in kgs. (actual weight of item not wrapped for posting) All weights are added up in the checkout and the relevant charge is made automatically.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of you placing them, however, some items on this site are delivered straight from the manufacturer and will take longer to arrive. Other items are ordered in on a weekly basis. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 28 days of your order. If you do not receive your order after this time has passed please get in touch with us.

Returns

Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty or defective you must return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 10 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

We do not offer refund or exchange for change of heart.

If you receive any products that are not as described, you can return them in unused and original condition. Please email us before returning an item by using the contact form or directly to sales@mysticgiftsandcharms.co.uk

Herbs, Resins & powders are non returnable. Unfortunately due to FDA & Customs regulations, we cannot export herbs to the USA or Canada.

Bulk order or discounted items cannot be returned. If ordering a large amount of a certain product we suggest you purchase samples first. Please email for details.

Returning an item

We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us we recommend sending the package by recorded post and insured up to the value of the item(s)

Delivery address

If for any reason you or any person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within seven days we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.

Affiliates Terms & Conditions

By joining the Mystic Gifts & Charms Affiliate Program, you agree to the following:

• Commission is paid at 10% of the net sale value (excluding shipping) for qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link.
• Tracking is based on a 30-day cookie window. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale will be attributed to you.
• Commission are subject to a minimum pay out threshold of £10.
• Refunded or cancelled orders will have their associated commission voided.
• Mystic Gifts & Charms reserves the right to review, approve, or decline any affiliate application at its discretion.
• Mystic Gifts & Charms reserves the right to amend these terms or end the affiliate program at any time, with reasonable notice to active affiliates.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their content complies with UK advertising standards, including clear disclosure of affiliate links (e.g. “#ad” or “affiliate link”)
