Shipping

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.

Shipping Cost

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. We may send larger order or heavier items via courier. All overseas orders are sent via Air Mail.

Postage is charged at £2.99 per order. We are currently only shipping to the UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of you placing them, however, some items on this site are special order from the manufacturer and will take longer to arrive. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 14 days of your order. If you do not receive your order after this time has passed please get in touch with us.

Returns

Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty or defective you must return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

We do not offer refund or exchange for change of heart once an item has been opened.

If you receive any products that are not as described, you can return them in unused and original condition. Please email us before returning an item by using the contact form or directly to sales@mysticgiftsandcharms.co.uk

For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings is non refundable.

Herbs, Resins & powders are non returnable. Unfortunately due to FDA & Customs regulations, we cannot export herbs to the USA or Canada.

Bulk order or discounted items cannot be returned. If ordering a large amount of a certain product we suggest you purchase samples first. Please email for details.

Returning an item

We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us we recommend sending the package by recorded post and insured up to the value of the item(s)

Delivery address

If for any reason you or any person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within seven days we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.
